Speakers for the moments that matter.
We match keynote speakers with associations, conferences and company events, and we help event teams build programs people talk about on the way home.

What we stand for
A short list of speakers we'd put in front of our own audience. Straight answers on fees and dates, the first time you ask. And one person who stays with your event from the first email to the last slide.
What we do
Three things, done carefully. Nothing we can't stand behind.
Speaker placement
Keynotes, breakouts, panels and workshops. A short list that fits the room, the theme and the budget, then every detail through the event.
Program advisory
Session flow, speaker briefs and run-of-show for planners who want a program that holds the room from the first slot to the last.
Speaker development
Positioning, talk titles, one-sheets and outreach for speakers who want more of the right stages, not just more stages.
The stages we work
From 80-person chapter meetings to 3,000-seat annual conferences.
Association annual meetings & chapter events
Leadership & industry summits
Company kickoffs, offsites & client events
Campus, civic & community programs
The speakers we work with
We keep the list short on purpose. Every speaker we work with has earned their place the hard way: on real stages, in front of audiences who had somewhere else to be.
- They've done the work.Practitioners, founders, researchers and leaders who talk about what they have actually built, led or studied.
- They have a point of view.A talk with an argument and a takeaway, not a highlight reel of other people's ideas.
- They prepare for your room.Every talk is adapted to your audience, your theme and your time slot. No canned keynote.
- They're easy to work with.Clear fees, quick replies, on time, and still in the room after the talk.
If none of our speakers is right for your program, we'll say so and point you somewhere better. A good fit matters more to us than a booking.

Topics we place most
Working with us
Simple on purpose. You should never wonder what happens next.
If you're planning an event
Tell us the date, the audience, the theme and the budget. A ten-minute call or a short email is enough.
Within a few days you'll have a short list: two to four speakers who fit, with clips, talk outlines and fees in plain numbers.
Once you choose, we handle the agreement, travel, the speaker brief and the tech check, and we're reachable through the event.
If you're a speaker
We work with a small number of speakers, mostly by referral, and we add to the list slowly.
If you're a working speaker with a strong talk and a real track record, write to us with a clip and the kinds of stages you want next year.
We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.
Good to know
The questions planners ask us first.
Do planners pay for your help?
No. Our work is part of the speaker's fee. You pay the fee we quote, nothing on top.
How fast can we get a short list?
Usually within three business days. Faster when your date is close.
What do fees look like?
It depends on the speaker, the format and the travel. We tell you the number up front, in writing, before you spend time on a call.
Do you handle virtual and hybrid events?
Yes. Some speakers are excellent on camera and some are better in the room. We'll tell you which is which.
What happens if a speaker can't make it?
It's rare. If it happens, we find a replacement you approve, or your deposit comes back. Either way, you're not left with an empty slot.
Do you work outside the United States?
Yes, for the right program. Travel and timing are part of the quote.
Can we ask about a speaker we found somewhere else?
Sometimes. Ask us. If we can't help, we'll say so quickly.
Will the speaker stay for the rest of the event?
Ask and we'll build it into the agreement. Many of our speakers prefer to be in the room with your audience before and after their session.
